The TLC Garden is a committee of WOSIB, Women of Strength and Inner
Beauty. We are not a free standing group but rather part of a larger
community. As such we are ultimately governed by the rules and regulations
of WOSIB. To view these rules please visit

We cannot admit any prospective member who is not first a member of
WOSIB, nor do we offer our services (Spoiling, Support, etc.) outside of
WOSIB at this time. If you agree with the rules of the community there are
links on the rules page that will allow you to join WOSIB. Please join
before approaching the TLC Garden about Garden membership or services.

Privacy Policy
Here at WOSIB your privacy matters to us. The TLC Staff do not sell, rent or
exchange data with third parties. Your data always stays within WOSIB.
Wherever possible your information is reserved for staff use only, and
measures are put into place to prevent other members from accessing your
data without your consent. More specific details follow.
In general the TLC Staff do not collect data from visitors to our site.
There are, however, a few exceptions:
- You are applying to be a member;
- You applying for weekly Spoiling or for special Support;
- We receive a request for Support on your behalf from a family member
or WOSIB sister;
- You contact us via email.
Minors are cautioned against submitting any identifying information (your
name, phone number or address, city, school, etc.) to any person or service
on the internet without the express permission of their parents. The WOSIB
TLC Staff will not knowingly collect such information from any child under the
age of 13.

Mailing Lists
We maintain a certain number of mailing lists administered by free
services such as Yahoo. If you apply to be part of WOSIB you agree to being
subscribed to an announcement mailing list. If you apply to be a TLC Member you
agree to being subscribed to one or two mailing lists, depending on the type
of work you elect to do. These lists are compulsory and unsubscription is
considered resignation from the group or from the community, as the case may
be. We protect your privacy by restricting access to the membership data to
moderators only.

Spoiling
When you ask the TLC Spoiling Team for Spoiling you agree to your email address
being published for all the TLC Members to see. The location of your data is not
published outside the TLC Garden and coding is placed on the page to discourage
web crawlers and spambots from gathering or archiving your data.

Support
You may make Support requests for yourself or they may be made on your
behalf. The nature of our Support work is such that we sometimes send cards
or make web pages as a surprise. We do our utmost to respect the privacy of
all the ladies for whom we do Support work. We will not reveal personal
details unless you ask us to, but instead will make a general request for “a
lady who is feeling under the weather, “a WOSIB sister whose family member
is ill” or “a death in the family". etc.
We do publish email addresses and URL's of ladies for whom we are doing
Support work, within WOSIB only. If you prefer that we not publish your
email and/or URL please contact TLC Garden Head
Sadie.
We will make note of your specific requests for future use.
