Guidelines for the Snail Mail Garden :
In order to join this garden you need to be a WOSIB member. When joining the Snail Mail Garden, one of the most important things you need to be aware of is that we have members from all walks of life, and some may not be something that you personally would consider acceptable or interesting. We insist that all members of WOSIB be treated equally, and therefore we ask that you be respectful to all member's of this wonderful organization. Remeber that writing to someone is up to you.
If you agree to send/exchange with other members, please try to honor your commitment. It is not fair to the members who sent item's, not to receive item's in return.
If at any time you need to be away, we ask that you let us know via Email AND using the LOA form that is provided for all members of WOSIB. This form allows for you to go on LOA status in not only our Garden, but any other Gardens you may be a member of in one single request. If you need to change any information you must fill out a change of info form.
You must join and stay subscribed to our Snail Mail yahoo group in order to remain a member of the Garden, this is where we post that we have received a letter or sent one out.
As you can see, our guidelines are very simple, and the Snail Mail Staff is always here if you need a helping hand along the way !
