Apple Sausage Appetizer

These sausage slices are baked in a sweet glaze. Serve with toothpicks.
2 jars (23 oz each) unsweetened chunky applesauce 1/2 C. packed brown
sugar
2 lbs. fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 medium onion, chopped
In a bowl, combine applesauce and brown sugar. Stir in sausage and onion
Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350º
for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly. 20 servings.
