Pan-Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic
½ salt
½ onion powder
2 teas peanut oil
3/4 pound [2 cups] whole blanched almonds
Directions

In a small bowl combine seasonings.
In a larger skillet heat oil. Over low heat add almonds and
seasonings. cook slowly stirring until almonds are light brown...
Appox 10 minutes...
Place mixture on paper towels to absorb excess oil..
Serve warm or room temp...
