Marjoram Polenta

Ingredients

1 liter water
1 cup of Polenta
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped marjoram leaves
salt n pepper
2 Tbsps Olive oil
Pan fried vegetables to serve.

Directions

Bring water to boil in a large saucepan over high heat.
Add polenta while stirring constantly. Bring to the boil,
reduce heat & simmer, stirring frequently for 20 minutes
or until mixture is very thick.

Stir in cheese, marjoram, salt n pepper to taste.
Line a 20 cm square cake pan with baking paper.
Spread polenta into prepared tray.
Freeze for 10 minutes or until firm, Cut polenta into
8 triangles or as desired.

Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Add polenta,
cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden & warmed through.
Serve with pan fried vegetables.

Note: Just a thought, maybe you can also add garlic when you add
the cheese & marjoram.
