Molded Carrot Gelatin Salad
Mix carrots, pineapple and mayonnaise together.

1 6 oz. package orange flavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water.
1 1/2 cups finely minced carrots
1 13 oz. can crushed pineapple, pressed dry, reserve juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups reserved pineapple juice and cold water
Blend in juice and water, then stir in dissolved gelatin.
Pour into an oiled 6 cup mold. Chill until firm.
Unmold and serve.
