INGREDIENTS:

1cup of pancake mix
1egg
1 tablespoon of Wesson oil [or, oil of your choice]
1bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water

Directions

For these tasty, meaty flavored onion rings, beat together pancake mix,
one egg, a tablespoon of Wesson oil [or, oil of your choice] and a bouillon
cube dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water [cool before adding].
Dip onion rings, drain a moment and fry in an inch of Wesson heated to 350F.
Turn rings once-they fry golden crisp in 3 minutes.
