Fried Egg and Rice
with Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS

12 oz cooked rice
3 oz ham diced
2 oz shrimp cooked
2 whole eggs
1 whole onion chopped
2 tbsp Oyster  Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil (Blended)

DIRECTIONS

1. Pan-fry 1 egg in 1 tbsp oil. Keep warm.

2. Beat the other egg.

3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok. Sauté onion until fragrant. Add ham and
shrimps. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.

4 . Add cooked rice, beaten egg and sesame oil. Stir well until
heated through.

5 .Put the fried egg on top of rice. Pour on Oyster Flavored Sauce.
