Pepperoni Pizza Wraps

Instead of crust, this pizza wrap recipe uses tortillas for a low-carb and
easily portable alternative.
Ingredients
1/2 C. pizza sauce
4 (7 or 8 inch) flour tortillas
4 oz. (1 C.) shredded mozzarella
1/2 (3.5 oz) pkg. pepperoni slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortillas to within l' of
edges. Sprinkle each evenly with cheese. Arrange 1/4 of the pepperoni slices
down center of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla; wrap in foil. Bake for 10
to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese melted.
