Ham Salad

2 to 3 cups Ham that has been cooker and chopped coarsely add to food processor. also add,

6 to 8 sweet midget pickles processor along with ham.

Take out of processor put in Bowl if you don't have a processor a meat grinder will work well. If you don't have either chop your ham very fine.

1/2 to 1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise and pour in

1/2 cup sweet pickle juice.

If I remember to add pineapple that I saved when baking Ham I will also add the pineapple but not necessary.

Serve on Toasted Bread as a sandwich or serve with Ritz Crackers. Delicious...
