BACON BURGERS

 



Diane

1 lb. ground chuck
1/3 cup dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 strips of bacon

PROCEDURE:

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix
thoroughly. Do not overmix. Gently form 4 patties
approximately 1 1/2 inches thick. Wrap 1 strip of
bacon around each patty and cook over medium-high heat
on a charcoal or gas grill 2 to 3 minutes per side for
rare and 7 to 8 minutes per side for medium-well.
Brush lightly with hickory barbeque sauce just before
serving.
