Chinese Crunchy
Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg of Changs Fried Noodles (Asian section of any supermarkets)
1/2 - 1 Chinese cabbage (also called Wombok), finely shredded
1/2 - 1 red onion finely diced.
Dressing:
1/4 cup of white vinegar
Just under 1/2 cup caster sugar
1 Tbsps Soy Sauce
1/2 cup oil (olive preferred)
DIRECTIONS

Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl; stir well until sugar has dissolved.
Toss the cabbage & onion in a salad bowl.
Add dressing and mix well. Just before serving add the crunchy noodles & toss through.
You can also add BBQ chicken or BBQ pork to this to make a main meal.
This salad is a sweet n sour taste with a crunchy noodle through it, really delicious & very addictive..
P.S. The Changs noodle pkg also has a recipe on the back of pack which is
almost identical to this, with a few variations.
