Herbal Salad Dressing

3/4 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon each: fresh Basil, Parsley, & Chives
1 teaspoon each: fresh Dill, Marjoram, Tarragon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients together in a jar or cruet. Refrigerate overnite. Shake
before using. Store any unused dressing in refrigerator.
