GREEK SALAD WITH LEMON DRESSING

1/2 head lettuce, torn in sm. pieces
1 pkg. spinach, torn
1/4 English cube (or 1 pkg. cuke, sliced thinly
12 Greek onions, pitted and sliced
3 tomatoes, quartered
4 radishes, sliced
4 (8 oz.) feta cheese, crumbled
6-8 hot peppers
Anchovy (optional)
6 pita bread
Arrange lettuce and spinach in large salad bowl (I use wooden). Add cucumbers
slices, olives, tomatoes, and radishes. Toss with lemon dressing (see back of
card). Arrange crumbled feta cheese on top. Add peppers on top of this.
Serve with warmed pita bread, quartered.
