Busy Mom's Dinner
Seagull
6 potatoes, peeled & quartered
6 carrots, cut in chunks
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup diluted with
1/2 soup can water
Layer vegetables in order given in crock pot or slow cooker, seasoning
each layer. Place raw hamburger on top in chunks. Pour soup over all.
Cook on high about 3 hours or until vegetables are done. Can be made
in the morning and cooked on low all day. Canned tomatoes can be used
instead of the soup if desired.
