Microwave Chick N Swiss Casserole...

2 tbls. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. grated swiss cheese
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c. dry white wine
1- 10 oz. can cr. of mushroom soup
Combine all ingredients in casserole. Stir gently to mix.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap, venting one corner.
Microwave on full power 9-11 minutes stirring once during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes
Yield: 6 servings
