Microwave Asparagus & Ham Sandwiches...

1 lb. fresh asparagus
2 tbsp. water
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
4 steak buns
4 slices cooked ham
4 slices provolone cheese
Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
Combine water & asparagus in a shallow 2 qt. casserole.
Cover and microcook on High 7-9 minutes, turning once after 4 minutes.
Drain & set aside.
Combine sour cream, mustard & horseradish; stir well.
Spread on both sides of steak buns.
Place 1 ham slice, 3-4 asparagus spears and 1 cheese slice on bottom of
each bun; cover with top bun.
Wrap each sandwich loosely in paper towels.
Microcook on High 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
