Green and Gold Potato
Casserole

Ingredients

3-4 large potatoes (peeled & sliced thin)
1-2 Lg. onions (sliced)
3 Tbsps. butter or margarine
11/2 C. hot tap water
2 Tsp. instant chicken bouillon seasoning or 2 chicken cubes.
1/4 C. sharp cheese (shredded)
1 Tsp. Parsley
Directions;

Layer in a 2 quart casserole. Dot margarine or butter on top.
Pour the hot water mixed with the chicken bouillon over all.
Cover. Cook on high 17-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove cover & sprinkle with cheese and parsley and cook on
high until cheese melts (uncovered).
Serves 6-8.
