French Onion Soup

Ingredients:

* 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed onion soup
* Can (10 3/4 oz) condensed chicken broth
* 2 cups water
* 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
* dash of pepper
* 3 French or hard rolls, halved and toasted
* 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
* 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese



Directions:

In 3-quart casserole combine onion soup, chicken broth, water, butter,
mustard and pepper cover. Microwave at high 6 to 9 minutes, or until
heated, stirring after half the time.

Ladle soup into six serving bowls, Top each with toasted roll, 1/4
cup Swiss cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons. Parmesan. Place 4 bowls in
oven. Microwave at high 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated and cheese
melts, rearranging bowls after half the time. Microwave remaining 2
bowls at high 1 to 2 minutes.

Makes 3 Cups
