Easy Appetizer/Snack

This makes a nice (and nutritious if not low calorie!) snack.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
2 cups pecan halves
1 cup Chinese rice noodles
1 cup raisins

Directions;

Place butter in a 12X8X2 inch baking dish; microwave on HIGH for 45
seconds or until butter is melted.
Stir in seasonings.
Add nuts and noodles; toss gently to coat.
Microwave at HIGH for 7-8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
Add raisins, stir and continue to cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Let stand until cooled, stirring often.

YIELD: 6 cups.
