CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE

7 oz. cabbage. suey, choy or celery cabbage
1 tsp buter
1 tsp brown suggar
dash of salt

3-4oz.packaged or fresh corned beef ( thinly sliced)

PROCEDURE:

Wash cabbage and cut into 1 inch chunks. Put into microwave dish
with lid. Cook 6 minutes at 100% power.
Add butter, sugar and salt to dish. Stir and cover with the lid, and
cook for 1 minute.

Push cabbage out of the way in dish. Place beef in dish and arrange
cabbage on top of it. Cover with lid and Cook 2 minutes at 100%
power. Let stand for 1 minute, and serve in the dish.
