Ingredients:

1/4 - 1/2 pound of any kind of meat (beef, pork, chicken)
1/2 small onion
chopped carrots, celery, potatos, broccolli, green pepper
(add any kind of fresh veggies you like)
2 Tlbsp. Butter
salt and pepper to taste
tin foil

Directions

Place all ingredients in tin foil, salt and pepper to taste.
Dot with butter. Seal tight so butter won't drip out.
Place on coals of fire. Cook for 15 minutes, turn and cook
for 15 minutes more.
Open carefully because of steam.
