Fry Pan Cookies

2 Eggs, unbeaten
1/2 C. Sugar or less
1 1/2 C Dates, chopped
2 C. Rice Krispies
Shredded Coconut
pinch salt Cook eggs,
sugar, salt and dates over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from stove and add 2 cups of Rice Krispies.
Roll in balls and dip in coconut. Yield:36 balls
You can omit or lessen the sugar if you desire as the dates and rice
krispies supply a fair amount.
