Barbeque Wrap-Ups

Something easy for the BBQ.
Ingredients

500 grams ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
4 thin onion slices
1 + 1/2 cup thin sliced potatoes
8 green pepper rings
BBQ sauce of your choice, I like it with a little ZIP
Directions

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and 2 tablespoons
BBQ sauce; mix lightly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Shape into 4 patties.
For each serving, place patty on square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Top with onion slice, potatoes, 2 green pepper rings and 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce.
Close foil, double folding edges at top and sides.
Grill 25 minutes; turn and continue grilling 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
If done in oven, bakes at 350F, for 1 hour and 15 minutes. [To be sure potatoes are tender]
