Broiled Ham & Fruit Kabobs

INGREDIENTS

1/2 C. Orange Marmalade or Apricot Preserves
1/4 C. Orange juice
1 T. Lemon juice
1/2 t. Ground Ginger—(optional)
1 1/2 C. Cooked ham cut into 1x1 cubes
2 Med. Bananas cut into 1” slices
1 8 OZ. Can Pineapple chunks, drained
DIRECTIONS

Combine marmalade. Orange juice, lemon juice, & ginger to make basting sauce.
Mix well.
Thread Ham, bananas, & pineapple on skewers. Beginning & ending with ham.
Let marinate in basting sauce 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Broil or grill kabobs 6" to 8" from heat for 15 to 20 min. Brush frequently
