Ham and Pineapple Kabobs
Seagull
40 (3/4 inch) cubes smoked ham
1 fresh pineapple, cubed
Green pepper, cut in 3/4 inch squares
Onions
SAUCE:
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. currant jelly
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Place the first 4 ingredients on kabob sticks and place on grill.
Brush kabobs with sauce. Grill until brown.
