BBQ Halibut Steaks

Ingredients

2 pounds halibut steaks, 1 inch thick
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
salad oil
1 cup sour cream
1 can [8 ounces] tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Directions;

Cut steaks into serving-size portions.
Sprinkle lemon juice on halibut steaks and brush with oil.
Combine tomato sauce, horseradish, salt and garlic salt.
Place fish in a greased, hinged-wire grill.
Brush with sauce mix.
Cook about 4 inches from hot coals for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side,
or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Baste frequently.
Jusy before serving, add sour cream and chives to remaining sauce.
Heat gently on grill and serve over fish.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
