Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes as many as needed.
Brown sugar
Butter bud sprinkles
Foil cake pans (round or square doesn't matter)
Non stick spray
Toasted walnuts or pecans
In a dry skillet over medium heat toast nuts for about 5 minutes or
until crispy turning so they don't burn. Let cool.
Spray pans lightly with non stick spray.
Scrub sweet potatoes cut off ends. Slice each potato into round slices
about 1/2" thick.
Layer potatoes in pans sprinkle with butter buds toasted nuts and brown
sugar.
Add about 1/2 C of water to get a good steam.
Seal pans with foil and place on preheated grill. Grill 25-35 mins.
