Grilled Herbed Chicken

1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, (1-1/2 lbs.)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine basil, thyme and oregano in a small bowl and set aside.
Trim excess fat from chicken.
Rinse chicken with cold water, and pat dry.
Place between 2 sheets of waxed paper; flatten to 1/4 inch thickness,
using a meat roller or rolling pin.
Brush surface of chicken with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon juice and
reserved herbs.
Coat grill with cooking spray.
Grill chicken 6 inches over medium coals 10 minutes or until chicken is
tender and juices run clear turning once.
