Hot Fruit Compote

Ingredients

1 large can peaches
1 large can pineapple slices
1 large can apricots
1 can dark cherries, pitted
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sherry
Directions;

DRAIN, all fruit, and combine in a large foil pan.
In saucepan over hot coals; melt butter;
stir in flour and sugar, mixing well.
Slowly add sherry.
Pour over fruit.
Serves 6.
BBQ over medium heat about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
