BBQ SAUCE

1 can cola (NOT diet)
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Hot pepper sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients. Boil and simmer for 30-45
minutes or until thick. ***PLEASE NOTE*** This is a
finishing sauce only. Use only in the last 15 minutes
of grilling or baking.
