An Apple Crisp on the BBQ

Ingredients

2 apples
zest of one lemon
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preheat your barbecue to 350F.
While you peel, core and chop the apples, have someone grease a baking tin.
Toss the apples, lemon zest, white sugar and 2 Tbsp of flour together and put it in the tin.
In a bowl, rub the butter and flour together with your hands until you have a crumbly
mixture (with no lumps of butter). Stir in the brown sugar, salt and cinnamon, and
spread the topping over the apples.
Cover the tin with foil (cut some vents in it).
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the apples have melted.
