Fried Cabbage

1 head of cabbage, rough chopped
1 piece of fatback
Place rough chopped cabbage into skillet with a piece of fatback. Season with
salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Add soy sauce to taste with a cup of
water. Let cabbage cook down until all the water is gone and cabbage is tender.
For a more complete meal, add cut up kielbasa or summer sausage. Then all you
need are some pinto beans and chopped raw onion.
