Apricot Pistachio Oat Bars

Combine -
1/2 c flour
1/2 c quick oats
1/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
mix together and press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 8 X 8 pan that has been lined
with foil or greased.
in saucepan over low heat stir 1 can sweetened condensed milk until boiling.
ADD
1 c coconut
1 c pistachios chopped or crushed
1 c dated chopped
1 c dried apricots
mix well
pour into pan on dry layer
sprinkle remaining dry mixture
Bake 325 for approx 20 - 30 min or until light brown
