Potluck Ramen Noodle Salad (Vicki)
2 packages coleslaw
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 packages ramen noodles
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute
1/3 cup vinegar
2 flavor packets from Ramen Noodles
Combine onions, slaw, nuts, and seeds in a large bowl. Crush the dry
noodles to add later. Combine oil , sugar, vinegar, and
flavor packets from noodles and whisk together until combined.
Refrigerate. Just before serving, pour dressing over slaw mixture and
mix
in crushed noodles. Serves: 20
You can just halve the recipe to make less.
