Picnic Salad Rolls (Vicki)




1 c Shredded carrot
3/4 c Green pepper
3/4 c Chopped tomato
3/4 c Chopped celery
3 tbs Chopped onion
3 tbs Chopped fresh parsley
3 tbs Chopped dill pickle
1/2 c Garlic-flavored sour cream dip
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Salt
10 Hard rolls
Leaf lettuce
Combine first 7 ingredients tossing well. Combine dip, mayonnaise and
salt and mix well. Fold into vegetable mixture. Cut a hole in tops of
rolls an scoop out centers leaving 1/2 inch shell. Line roll with
lettuce leaf and spoon in mixture. Wrap tight and chill
