Picnic Fruit Sandwiches (Vicki)





12 Thin slices brown bread
Softened butter or margarine
4 slices pineapple (thin)
1/4 Cup thick apricot puree
2 Tbs. minced pecans
Spread 4 slices of the bread with butter or margarine. Cover with slice
of pineapple then another slice of bread. Spread top of slice with
apricot puree and sprinkle with nuts. Top each with a buttered slice of
bread.
