Party Rye Appetizer:
Vicki
2/3 pkg cheddar cheese or 1 brick
1 C. mayonnaise (no sub)
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
1 Tbls. horseradish
dash of worchestershire
party rye bread
Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.
Combine cheese, mayo, grated onion and horseradish. Add bacon to mixture
and blend well. (Can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.)
Spread on the rye bread. Broil until bubbles on top. Serve warm.
