We do have a few rules to adhere to as all Gardens do so lets get them out in the open: 1. You must be a member of WOSIB to join the Quilters Garden. You must have all required WOSIB graphics on you site...this means "To My WOSIB Ring" and "WOSIB Approved" graphics. 2. You must have a website to join the Quilters Garden. 3. You will be added to two (2) Yahoo groups....the Quilting Bee and the Quilting Nook. These are both mandatory groups. You must remain on Individual Mail for the Nook group since this is where assignments and important notices are sent. The Bee generates quite a bit of mail at times.....this is where we exchange squares, chat, etc. If you feel that you cannot handle a large amount of mail, you may set your Bee mail to Daily Digest or even No Mail....but you will miss out on all of the fun. 4. All quilt squares are to be 130 X 130 unless other wise specified. 5. No Flaming This means no arguing on list. Please take it off list! If you have a problem with a certain member please write to staff...do not write into list about it! 6. No Vote requests This means do not send in a link to vote for your site and or a friends site ect... 7. No Spam Please don't send in chain letters to the list, EX. pass this on to 10 people in your address book. 8. Virus awareness: A. Do not write into the list and point fingers of a virus coming from a specific member! Viruses can fake another person's address and the person in the from address might not be infected at all. Send any and all concerns of this matter to staff. B. Keep your virus definitions up to date!! This is a chat group and viruses happen! Chances are if you got it, we got it as well and we are aware of it and will take proper action! If it gets out of hand we will turn off attachments for the group for a while. 9. NO scrolling stationery or midis are allowed to be sent through the list. Background images or Incredimail messages are allowed. That's pretty much it! Lets all have some fun here!!!

WOSIB Quilters Garden Duties Here is a little description of your duties: All quilt squares are to be 130 X 130 unless other wise specified!! When a request is sent into quilting bee by a staff member, you will be given the date that the squares are due......usually within 2 weeks.  If you forgot who requested it, just put the name of request in subject line of the mail, EX. Halloween, Easter, Birthday so that whom ever is working that request can find it easier! We have monthly assignments. Each month we will have a theme for Quilts for the following month. You will need to make at least one Square to contribute to each of the monthly quilts! Normally, we make 3 or 4 quilts per month. You are more then welcome to make more then one quilt square for any requests and or assignments, but at least one is a requirement! That's not bad right? Only one square a month for each assignment quilt and one square per request! Like I said though, if you would like to make more than one, please do! You can also exchange your own quilt squares, send in your links to your quilts you have made and request quilt squares for your own quilts. Please limit your personal requests to only one per week.  We want this to be a fun experience as well as a productive one, so get out your knitting needles and let the quilting begin!!!! **A real easy way to do squares is to open psp and create a new image 130 X 130 transparent and just play, flood fill, add tubes whatever, just remember not to add borders to it as it will no longer be 130 X 130 if you do that!!
