Greetings ladies of WOSIB!

September saw SOD begin to find it’s feet at last, though we still have a few members trying to learn the ropes, but we are most certainly getting there.

This month we opened with a Graphic Challenge – I sent in a graphic, a tube, a font, a mask, whilst giving the featured filter/plugin and taggers were to come up with a tag using as many supplies as possible. If they even managed to incorporate the Monthly Theme (which was Humour & Wit for September), then they could earn themselves a total of 6 credits! This in turn confused my Assistant who usually tallies the submissions….lol But we had a lot of fun to say the least.

The Graphic challenge was the only featured activity this month, but with every week there still comes the CotWs and the MotW – and we have seen some lovely creations in the tuts supplied, as well we showering our chosen MotW each week.

We still featured the Monthly Tag Offer, and by now those who requested should have all received their requests from the respective taggers. We certainly have some talented ladies in our Garden, with some wonderful creations on offer each month.

Last month I introduced a new feature – Member of the Month. However, as Taggers have a far greater chance of earning their credits, I therefore decided to split this feature where we will now have a Tagger of the Month and a Snagger of the Month. This is to also try and encourage some more activity amongst the Snaggers, where participation is especially low. So…who are our Tagger and Snagger of the Month for September? A big thank you to SOD’s members for their endurance and patience throughout this transition period, and for their wonderful creativity.

Just a friendly reminder that SOD is now a full participation Garden. When we were just a fun group lurking was permitted but it is no longer. I would like to encourage all our members to take part - I do try to create activities for ALL members to take part in but it’s not always easy. *g*
