What is your name/WOSIB name and location? GrannyDancer is the name I use in WOSIB. My "real" name is Paula I live in Sussex County, Delaware.

What other WOSIB Gardens do you belong to? None

Tell us about your other hobbies (not WOSIB related) In my spare time, I create websites and web graphics, including signature tags. I have discovered digital scrapbooking, which looks like it could be addictive. I have started dabbling in layouts, and have a LOT to learn! In addition, I love to read [anything and everything], work in my garden and flowers, dance whenever I get the chance, and get together with family and friends.

What are your favorites? Food? Movies? Flowers? I like FOOD! All kinds of food - from Chinese to Mexican to comfort food. I confess, I melt peanut butter in the microwave and pour it over my ice cream. I am not much for movies... I love all flowers. I think Spring flowers are my favorites... I love to watch the flowers and trees pop into bloom each year.

Tell us why you wanted to be in the Celebrators garden and how long you've been in the group? I discovered WOSIB in March 2005, and looked through all the garden descriptions before deciding on Celebrators. I feel everyone needs and wants to be acknowledged on their special day, whether birthday or anniversary. And it is so wonderful to be part of such a caring group. Whether celebrating a success or mourning a loss, WOSIB members are always there to support you.

Tell us about something that is going on in your life right now that has you so excited? Where to start? I have so many exciting and wonderful things in my life - so let's start with my job! I am the executive director for our local Chamber of Commerce. We recently held our very first Job Fair and it was a total success. Then we had an Administrative Professionals' luncheon for more than 100 people. Our member businesses contributed more than 30 items for each person's gift bag, along with dozens of door prizes. What a fun day that was! And on May 30th, we will become an official part of the Capt. John Smith Historic Chesapeake Water Trail when the Voyage of Discovery "shallop" makes a stop here. The shallop, which is an 18-ft open boat will leave Jamestown, Virgina and retrace the epic journey of Capt. John Smith up the Chesapeake Bay 400 years ago.

Another exciting thing will be my trip to Georgia to spend my birthday and Mother's Day with my son and family. I will then go back to Georgia the first weekend in June for my son's commencement when he receives his MBA. I am really proud of him - he did his coursework online while working full time, being a loving and supportive husband and terrific father, and starting a Cub Scout Pack so my grandson could enjoy the scouting experience.
