Welcome to May 2007!
I would love to tell you about all the fun and frolic the Sister Gardens shared, during the month of April. However, because I was on LOA for three and a half weeks, I really couldn't tell you! I, on the other hand, had a beautiful time in the mountains of Tennessee with my husband and his family. This being said, I would like to thank Suzanne, Linda and Aran for keeping the Garden rocking during my absence.

April has now passed and May is upon us! Can you believe how quickly the year is fluttering by? May brings many blessings our way, as we celebrate the Seventh Anniversary of the WOSIB, Mother's Day and, our Assistant Head Sisters Birthday! Happy Birthday Suzie Q!

In celebration of the WOSIB's Seventh Anniversary, we have been passing around gift tags and, will be sharing stories of what the WOSIB Sister-Hood means to each of us.

I would like to take this time to thank the new Owners of the WOSIB, for keeping Pam and Becca's dream alive. Though it seems easy enough, we all know there is a lot of hard work which goes into running a site, much less a site with so many Women of Strength and Inner Beauty as it's members.

I have been so blessed over the past year, by not only Idgie and Jeri, but by each of you whom I have had the pleasure of getting to know and, call my Sisters. I am humbled and honored to share in your walks of life, and I Pray the friendships born will continue to grow through the bond of Sister-Hood.

We continue to seek new Little and Big Sisters to join us in the fun, so should you feel so inclined, please feel free to join us. The Sister Gardens are meant to be the Heart and Soul of the WOSIB, as we take in our newest Members. If you have recently joined the WOSIB and would like a Big Sister to mentor you, please consider fluttering by for a spell. The Ladies in the House are very supportive, fun loving and just waiting to welcome new Sisters into the fold. We'll be leaving a light on for you, and hope to see you soon!
