The Sister Gardens

Welcome to March 2008!

Another month has come and gone – the Sister Gardens Staff hopes it treated you most kindly. February found our Garden reopening our chat forum. Though the outcome has not been quite what we expected thus far, we remain hopeful as our Garden continues to thrive. If you are a Little or Middle Sister and are wondering why are Garden has gotten so quiet, it is because we have moved our chatter to a new venue. We realize you may have missed the invitation to join us with the vast amount of mail which had been coming through Little Sisters Chat. Please know if you would like to join us, we’ve got the light on and the door open.

We would like to take a moment to welcome Becca and Eva to the Little Sisters Garden. Both joined us during the month of February and we are looking very forward to getting to know them better as time allows. If you are new to the WOSIB Sister-Hood and would like a Big Sister to guide you through the halls of the WOSIB, please feel free to visit our pages within the WOSIB main-site and fill in an application. We would love to have you.

The Sister Gardens Newsletter would not be complete without welcoming our Dear Becky back to Staff. We are so happy to have you back with us and we look forward to the changes you will bring our way. There always seems to be a down side to good news and this instance is no different. It is with a heavy heart we have said good-bye to our Assistant Debbie, as she has taken her leave from the WOSIB. We wish her well on her travels and pray only good things come her way.

Here’s wishing each of you a very Happy Easter and St. Paddy’s Day! We do hope you will be blessed throughout the month by the gift of Sisterly Love, laughter and many happy memories made. Remember if you have been a member of the WOSIB Sister-Hood for six months or more and would like to join us as a Big Sister, we are always looking for active members to mentor our Little Sisters. If you are new to the WOSIB and would like a guiding hand, that is our specialty, so please just give a jingle. Have a great month Ladies, know we are leaving a light on for you and hey, don’t forget to keep a smile on!
