CO-LEADERS NEWS

HAPPY HAPPY month of March, dear sisters!! With the return of spring, I feel like throwing off my hibernating mode of winter and throwing doors and windows open wide!!! Alas, I cannot...the winds are still chilly....LOL But seriously, there's nothing like the promise of the change of seasons to make me feel like a new person.

I know I've promised you all a couple of new gardens and believe me, we WILL be having them. We've encountered glitches, time constraints, and good old real life stuff that has prevented us from getting them going as of yet, but be assured, they ARE in the works. Here's the ones we are currently working on:

Events Garden - where other holidays, events, and your WOSIB Anniversary will all be celebrated

Causes Garden - monthly causes with information, education, and graphics will be shared

Jokes Group - where you can finally have one place to go for a daily laugh, share jokes and cartoons, etc...

We have other ideas in the works, but please remember, starting new gardens and groups is a lengthly process, and some ideas, while they sound good, simply cannot be done. If YOU have any ideas or suggestions, contact our Gardens Management Assistants, Ashley or Jan so that they can add them to our list.

Speaking of Jan, she has just joined our Organization Staff as Ashley's assistant...WELCOME JAN!!! These two ladies are there for our Gardens and their staff to assist them in any way.

We've had quite a few new members join WOSIB the past month or so and I want to take this time to welcome you all!! You've joined a very special and warm group, and I know you won't regret it.

I'm sorry for the lack of our dear Idgie's news...she's been ill and on LOA. She will be back as soon as she's well with her Co-Leaders news and "Idgie's Corner".

Wishing you all a very Happy St Pats Day (luck of the Irish to you!!!) and a most welcome change in season!!! Have a great month!
