New Fairy Welcome ~*
It is such a joyful day when we get to welcome a new Fae into our Garden. How exciting it was that we were able to welcome not one or two but three new fae to our Garden.

During February we welcomed:
Fairy Sakura
K-Bam Pixie
Emerald Fae Maiden

We’re so happy that these wonderful Fae you have joined us.

Activities ~*
February in the Fae Garden was fun and playful. In addition to our Garden pranksters playing a few tricks here and there we also had a couple more organized activities. Before I tell you about those, I’d like to share that our very talented Fairy Maiden Song has helped so much with creating some of the awards for these activities. We are so thankful to her.

We played a Three-word game. Our own Shadow Faery suggested it, taught us how to play and it was great fun! I know we’ll be playing that again. We made up a story with each fae adding three-words spontaneously over and over.

We also played a Fae Name Scramble game. All the fae names were scrambled up and given to the Garden to unscramble. Everyone who participated received a beautiful award. Everyone who unscrambled all of the names received a beautiful personalized award. The Fairies of the Fae Name Scramble who unscrambled all the names were: Shadow Faery, Fairy Sakura and Fairy Sunrise.

We have many talented Fae and some of them participated in a Graphics Competition while the rest of us voted on them. I probably don’t need to tell you how difficult that was. Whew. I will let you know the winner next month. Tee hee hee … I bet you thought I’d tell you now didn’t you?

Spoil a Fae: Our amazing Fairies flutter around WOSIB sprinkling fairy dust as they spread joy and cheer to everyone. Twice in February we honored two of our own Garden Fairies. We did this by spoiling each of them for a couple weeks. During February we were delighted as the Spoil a Fae Fairies were Shadow Faery and Gentiania Fairy.

Looking Ahead:
Our Fae Garden Court has begun to get ready for some Easter fun. In addition to introducing another new activity during March we will also begin having Fae Birthday pages. These will be similar to the WOSIB’s Birthday pages with the exception that these will be just for the Fae by the Fae. Since I’m in the Fae Court I was privileged to see a preview of the pages and Oh my … I know they will all be spectacular. I’m so excited!

We Fae not only have a lot of fun and enjoy ourselves but as Fae we love spreading joy and good cheer to our other WOSIB sisters too. Many of us have met WOSIB sisters who have hidden Fae tendencies and wishes. Sometimes we catch them fluttering around the Fae Garden, yet as Fae we do not tell other humans of such things. If you would like to play with us in the Garden, we’d love to have you join us. In this Fae Garden the old saying the more the merrier is so very true.
