Hi Ladies!

I hope everyone is doing well and the winter is not treating you harshly. Our Texas winter has really been strange this year. Spring like one day and cold, cold the next. I'm very much enjoying being back at the reigns of WOSIB. This group is the best. I missed everyone so much while I was gone.

I want to stress to all our webring members to please check your web sites to be sure they are compliant with our rules. Check your webring to be sure your links work and that your graphic is in your webring if you have the type with the graphic. We are finding so many sites with no webrings or errors in the ring links or missing graphics. I'm having to write many letters each week to ladies whose sites are gone or rings are missing or incorrect. Please, please take a moment to check yours. If you have changed your web address or email at any time after joining WOSIB, please fill in a change of info form at http://www.wosib.org/infochange.htmlif you didn’t then.

Also, please remember we require you to have a WOSIB Approved graphic on your page. We did require it to be on your main page but we now also accept it being on a WOSIB dedication page if you have one. If you are missing your approved graphic, you can pick one up at http://www.wosib.org/approved.html Not having your required graphic and webring will prevent you from joining a garden if you try to join one and you are a webring member. Also, the Revue Garden gives awards to members who are 100% compliant when your site comes up for review, so missing graphics will prevent you from receiving their award.

We've also had a change with our LOA's. You are still allowed a 30 day LOA and you can renew it for another 30 days if needed. We are no longer chasing ladies down who have not filled in the return form. Once your return date has passed and you haven't requested an extension, we remove you from the LOA list. What does this mean for you? If you are in a Garden and not on official LOA, you could be removed from the Garden for missing assignments or not answering roll calls. Our LOA form is located at http://www.wosib.org/loaform.html and this is also the form you fill in when you return from LOA.
