Organization Staff Members

Below are the Organization Staff Members and the duties they perform. If you are having an issue with any of the following, you can contact that person at the email listed:

Jeri - WOSIB Leader Web & Staff Email Manager ~ jeri@wosib.org

Jeri keeps the website for WOSIB up to date, adds/removes/maintains the WOSIB staff email. If you are a Garden Staff member and are having problems with your garden pages or email, please contact Jeri.

Idgie - WOSIB CoLeader Programs Manager ~ idgie@wosib.org

Idgie is working on new programs for all WOSIB members and will be in charge of them. Once in place, she is the contact person for all issues, etc, dealing with the programs.

Ann - WOSIB Boutique Manager ~ ann953@wosib.org

Ann is in charge of the Boutique. Please contact her with any concerns, questions, issues, etc, that deal with the Boutique.

Kuntry Sue - WOSIB Leave of Absence Manger ~ kuntrysue@wosib.org

Sue is in charge of managing LOA for all members. She keeps staff updated on members who are on LOA and contacts those who may have went past their return date. If you have questions or need to work on LOA issues, please contact her.

Orca - WOSIB LOA Assistant Manager ~ orca@wosib.org

Orca works with Sue on handling the LOAs. If Sue is not available, please contact Orca.

Akaysha - WOSIB Database/Webring Manager ~ akaysha@wosib.org

Akaysha adds new members to the webring and database, removing those when necessary, and works along side with the Revue Garden for same reasons. She keeps the staff updated on new/returning/leaving members, changes of info, and other member items. If you are having problems with your webring codes, needing the approved graphics for your site, or have questions regarding the database, please let Akaysha know.

Tanya - Gardens Manager ~ tanyaw@wosib.org

Tanya is in charge of working with the Garden Heads and Assistants, making sure files are kept in place, assistants are able to take over if need be, and sometimes stepping in if necessary. She also works with the Garden Staff, assisting with problems, issues, and concerns. Please contact Tanya whenever you have an issue or need help with the operations of the garden.

Ashley - Gardens Manager Assistant ~ AshleyJP@cfl.rr.com

Ashley assists Tanya with Gardens Management. If you are unable to get in touch with Tanya, please make sure to get ahold of Ashley.

Sweetness - Announce Lists Manager ~ sweetness@wosib.org

Sweetness maintains the Announce Lists, checks for bouncing emails, unsubs, and other items in keeping the Announce Lists running. She works along side with Akaysha with removals and additions to the lists and keeps us up to date with the lists. If you have questions or issues with the Announce List, please contact Sweetness or Akaysha.

Natalie - Advisory Board Manager ~ natalie@wosib.org

Natalie will head the upcoming Advisory Board, which is made up of members who have been in WOSIB for 5 -6 years. The board will be on hand in the event of advice and other topics that may be needed.
