Request Form for Web Sets
Are you
here in search of someone to help you create
the page
that you have always wanted? Do you crave a
place online to
showcase your family, friends, hobbies etc,
but feel overwhelmed
with the thought of making your own graphics
or building your own
site? Then you have come to the right page!
We are here to help you in all of your page/web
building needs...
Please note that we take requests from WOSIB
members only.
We do not take requests from non-members.
Any request from a non-member is deleted. Members
may
make requests to give to non-members.
By requesting a graphics, you are agreeing
to our terms of use that you can read here.
Please
note that it can take up to 10 days to receive your
request. We do our best to get these out in a timely
manner, however we do at times have many requests
going on at one time. If you need something by a
certain date, please keep that time frame in mind when
you send a request.
If you should have a problem with this form or
it does not
submit, please put all of the information the
form asks
for in an email and send to
the Head Designer.
