Application to Join the WOSIB Designers The members of the Designers Garden provide all sorts of completed graphics
and web sets for the ladies of WOSIB to use for personal use or WOSIB-related
use. This can be a busy garden
at times when the need for graphics is high (holidays mostly). If you love to create graphics and have a working knowledge of PSP or PS, come join us. We'd love to have you in the Designers
Garden.
You must have an intermediate or above level of knowledge of
PSP or PS and provide a link to examples of your work. Designers
making web sets must also provide a link to examples of their web design.
Our Rules are simple:
1. Must be a WOSIB member.
2. Must be able to create decent, attractive graphics; an intermediate
experience level at the very least to qualify as a Designer.
3. Must have a decent knowledge of HTML and be able to create a web set,
know how to zip files and to include the coding for the set to qualify as a Pagemaker/Designer.
4. Must respect copyright; must be able to create own graphics, use
copyright free materials or have the artist's permission for usage.
5. Must be able to complete assignments unless on LOA. There will be about 3 assignments per month
6. Must be available to accept custom orders for graphics and/or web sets.
