Tex Mex Dip

3 medium ripe avocados - I personally buy the prepared guacamole and use it
*2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
*¼ teaspoon pepper
*½ teaspoon salt
*Omit these if you use the prepared guacamole
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning
2 cans 10½ ounces of jalapeno bean dip
1 bunch green onions or 1 small onion of any other kind
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chopped black olives
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

If you did not use prepared guacamole, mash avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. In another bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.

To assemble:

Spread bean dip on bottom of dish. Then spread guacamole on top of the bean dip. Continue to layer by adding the sour cream mixture. Then sprinkle onion, tomatoes, olives and top with cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips. It's absolutely heavenly!!!
